We all have time 24 hours a day, but some people do great things, some people can work, study and create fantastic career, some can balance work and life, someone feel that time is meaningless. Why is that? Yes, the only difference here is each person’s time management skills.

👉4. Major list you do
Not knowing how to use your time properly will destroy your productivity. This will cause you to miss out on many job opportunities. Make a To-Do List – A prerequisite for effective time management skills.

👉6. Focus on
Once you have your to-do list in hand, the next equally important skill is to prioritize them for time management. Consider the urgency, difficulty, and value of the job. Take the time to focus on the important things first, and you will be free to do other things all day. Please clean the room neatly, throw away all documents, unimportant papers, arrange the data files in the computer logically.
“To change your life, you need to change your priorities.” — Mark Twain
👉7. Do 5S in Kaizen ( Clean, sort, clear, take care and ready)
Honestly, have you ever wanted to start working but couldn’t find the documents you needed? You spend an hour rummaging through the room and when you find it, the inspiration to work is gone? So you have a very simple lifestyle. Have you ever rummaged through the room looking for a file, or lost an hour because you couldn’t remember where the client’s contract file was on your computer? Obviously, keeping everything in order will save you a lot of stress and save a ton of time. Keeping things organized is also an important part of time management skills. Clean up your computer, categorize related categories and duplicates into one file. Don’t forget to delete unnecessary things. That way, you’ll easily find whatever you need right away.
So, to manage your time effectively, you should find yourself a quiet workspace, turn off all social media notifications as well as put your phone away. Get rid of distractions and focus completely on the work. Start the morning by going through your list of tasks for the day, then focus on completing them according to set milestones. Weekly and monthly plans will help you prioritize tasks and not miss any deadlines. You have the right to refuse meaningless chat appointments, nor should you accept someone’s help before your job is done. Your knowledge, skills, and especially your time should be managed and used for valuable work.
👉8. Joy your jobs
“The life you have left is a gift. Cherish it. Enjoy it now, to the fullest. Do what matters, now.” — Leo Babauta
Do the most important and hardest things early in the morning. Trust me! If you get the “most important” things done at the beginning of the day, you will feel lighter throughout the day and have more time for other things. I wake up early at 5am to start prioritizing the most important 20% and do it right away. I see a 200% increase in performance from the day before. When you wake up in the morning, exercise to sweat and then work. At that time, the body will secrete more hormones Endorphin and Dopamine. You will feel a lot of energy. All difficulties at that time will be small. Just doing housework, listening to podcasts or videos about business. This way helps me to take advantage of time to be able to learn many new things while out there, everyone complains that they don’t have time.
“I don’t waste time on regret. No use going over and over the details of what already happened.” ― Yanni
